Shambhala is a solid, well built version of the popular Seawind 1000. Hull number 22, this boat was built in Australia, tough and built to last. She has a brand new "Hydranet" mainsail cut by Revolution Sails. This sail performs exceptionally well and will outlast other sail materials by many years.
 
Shambhala has had the hulls extended to XL specifications by Innovation Composites, builders of Sydney to Hobart winning yachts. She has a current out of water survey/condition report and recent anti foul.
 
She has a new hard bimini with new canvas and clears that make a fully enclosed extra large saloon. Upholstery is pristine as are the timber finishes in the cabins. She is a 4 bunk version, with a mid double bed and 3 V berths. There is also the option of lowering the saloon table to make an extra large queen size bed.
 
Powered by two reliable Yamaha 9.9 high thrust outboards makes for easy maintenance and swap out if required. Both motors have been recently serviced.
 
There's 390AH of house batteries fed by 540 watts of solar panels managed by a very efficient Victron solar controller. More than enough to run the fridge/freezer and daily needs. There is also a 3000 watt inverter which runs the coffee machine, toaster etc.
